”Santa’s Revenge” is back for 2023!!
 
The 2023 "Santa's Revenge" is going to take place on Saturday December 16th and will follow what we’ve done the past few years continuing to be a team event like no other!
 
**Athletes will compete in teams of 3.
 
**Teams can be made up of all men, all women, or mixed and by popular request there will still be 3 divisions to choose from (Rx, Intermediate, and Beginner). All athletes on your team must be in the same division.
 
**Teams will go through a 60 minute block which will put them through 4 different events! Each team will have an exact scheduled starting time throughout the morning to begin their competition window.
 
**Start looking around for potential teammates to ride the sleigh with you into this competition! The event registration link will be posted soon!

***Everyone should be capable of completing these common CrossFit movements with proper range of motion:

- Walking Lunges
- DB Snatches / Clean & Presses
 
**All lifts and gymnastics movements are guidelines. It does not necessarily mean that these will be part of the WODs, nor does it mean that other movements not noted here will not be part of the WODs as well.
 
**Please note that during the competition you will have a judge who will enforce that proper standards are met. If you have any question(s) on the required range of motion with a given movement grab a Coach and ask. They will gladly help you out and advise you.
